The European model ECMWF sees a cyclonic circulation/low pressure system hovering over Uttar Pradesh and Bihar from July 4 onwards. The system may intensify by July 10. Be prepared for heavy rainfall in these two states.
The American GFS foresees a cyclonic circulation/low forming over Bihar on July 12 which will move onto Gujarat by July 14 and bring flooding rains in the state.
